About Sian
A Fellow Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Board Member. An Everything DiSC Authorised Partner, Senior Member of the ACCPH association (accredited counsellors, coaches, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists) and a qualified experienced trainer and assessor.
Additional to 25 years in varying roles within senior management, marketing and business. I have certainly walked the walk to overcome numerous barriers and developed strategies and tactics to do so.

Sian was initially deployed on a consultation basis with us at Stapling and Nailing Supplies in 2016. Thankfully, we managed to employ and retain her until 2021 at such time the business was sold. Her management and leadership skills were motivating as she led our small team through several dramatic changes, Strengthening the company branding and increasing turnover (and profits) by 50% throughout a 2 year period.
